Welcome to SignedAPK. By using signedapk.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Fiaz Ahmad, Pakistan (“SignedAPK”, “we”, “us”).

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to hack or overload it, scraping content in bulk, uploading malicious code, or using it for anything unlawful.

3. Downloads

Apps available on the Site are the property of their developers and are provided as original, unmodified files for your convenience. Each app is subject to its developer’s own licence and terms. We verify files as described in our APK Verification Policy, but you install any app at your own risk. We recommend checking an app’s permissions and keeping your device’s security features turned on.

4. Reviews and external links

Our reviews reflect our honest opinions and testing at the time of publication. Apps, prices and features change, and we can’t guarantee that all information is current or complete. We also link to other websites, such as Google Play and VirusTotal, and aren’t responsible for their content.

5. Intellectual property

Our articles, screenshots, logo and design belong to SignedAPK and may not be copied or republished without permission, except for short quotations with a link back to the source. App names, icons and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. SignedAPK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or the developers of the apps we review.

6. Comments and user content

If you post comments, you’re responsible for them and you give us permission to display them. We may remove any comment, for example spam, abuse, links to pirated software, or anything unlawful.

7. Warranties and liability

The Site and all content and downloads are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignedAPK is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or damage to devices, arising from your use of the Site or any app downloaded from it.

8. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan. Questions? Email hello@signedapk.com.
