DMCA & Takedown Policy

SignedAPK respects the rights of developers and copyright holders. We do not host paid, cracked or modified apps, and we respond quickly to valid takedown requests.

Developers: simple removal requests

If you are the developer of an app on SignedAPK and want it removed, you don’t need to send a formal legal notice. Email developers@signedapk.com from an address linked to your developer account and we’ll remove the download within 48 hours.

Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content on SignedAPK infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@signedapk.com that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact address (URL) of the page or file on SignedAPK.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

What happens next

We review complete notices within 48 hours, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and reply to confirm. Where possible, we inform the person who supplied the material.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to dmca@signedapk.com with your signature, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Please note: knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may make you legally liable for damages.
